If I need to close my commissions, it will be announced on social media and this page will be updated!

Terms of Service

I have the right to deny any commission request.Payments must be made through Paypal before work is started on the commission. I will send an invoice for the payment once I accept the commission.Do not send payments before I accept your commission.There are no refunds. I will be fully committed to completing your commission, but if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will then offer a refund.I retain the right to display and promote all my artwork.I plan to work chronologically on my queue as I am doing first come first served, so I may not immediately pick up your commission request the day they are open. Please be patient as I work through the queue.I'll send regular WIPs to the clients. Communication conducted via DM (Tumblr, Discord, etc) or email.After the commission is completed, I'll send a lower-res file to the client, and ask for any last-minute fixes. These fixes, if they are small, will not be charged. If all is well, I'll send over the high-res file via Dropbox.Once the commission has been approved and sent in full, the commission will be marked as completed and I will not make any further changes. So make sure to include any references for clothing or accessories, if not already specified on your character ref-sheet, on the email or DM. Otherwise, I will assume artist's liberty. After the commission has been delivered, any add-ons or changes that have not been specified by you at the start will be subject to charges based on the amount of additional work needed to complete them.I work on a 10 AM-5 PM EST schedule all week. If you send in a commission after 5 PM, I'll pick it up the next day at 10 AM.You must have an up-to-date VISUAL reference sheet of your character before commissioning me (unless you are commissioning me to draw a fandom character). I am not looking to design a character for you.I will allow 3 changes on the sketch stage, after the limit is reached each additional change will be 5 USD. I will allow 2 changes past the sketch stage, after the limit is reached each additional change will be 10 USD.If the error is on my part of misreading the design, you will not be charged.I DO NOT support NFTs and AI Generated Art, nor may my art be used for them.You cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork. Commercial work is subject to additional terms and a contract in place.What I can draw:
